"You can either pussy foot around someone and make them feel comfortable in their surroundings that clearly need improving or you can keep it real with them and tell them what they need to hear in order to change. âYes peopleâ add no value to your life, their influence has no real change, they are simply there to massage the ego. Real changes and improvements occur when someone comes in and forces you to change. However, most people are either too scared or too content to take the risk to change their lives for the better and tbh it isnât your job to spend energy convincing them either. Keeping yes people around you is more damaging than your short-term hurt feelings."
